The Mustard Seed Community (MSC) comes directly under the headship of the Bishop of the Covington Diocese via a liaison appointed by the bishop who is charged with the direction of, supervision over, and pastoral care of the members of the MSC and their activities. Deacon Jerry Franzen is that liaison, as of July 1, 2014.
